Wolfhound is pleased to offer WOLFWARE on the LINUX operating system. This installation is both affordable and efficient as LINUX is a well-tested and stable environment. It delivers speed, multi-tasking and multi-access with a very small overhead. The minimum LINUX installation requires only a Pentium sized server with 64 MB of memory and 2 GB of hard-drive storage. WOLFWARE on LINUX is a cost effective and scaleable solution for everyone from the smaller portfolio managers to the larger managers employing several servers to manage the data and software. Wolfhound takes care of the installation of LINUX and WOLFWARE, working with your network to link users. WOLFWARE runs under AIX (IBM's version of UNIX) on IBM's RISC 6000. The RISC 6000 is an affordable mid-sized computer offering RISC technology for mission critical commercial, large e-business or numeric intensive environments (such as very large portfolio management and reporting with its emphasis on performance and precision). Its technology and architecture allows the hardware to grow along with your company. WOLFWARE also runs under MICROSOFT WINDOWS NT system for portfolio managers who prefer this operating system. By offering these approaches to hardware, WOLFWARE is ready to be integrated to existing hardware systems. You aren't faced with completely new hardware costs should you already have made an investment in some other system. Any previous hardware investment is protected. |
