This allows us to keep developing the product to keep it ahead of industry requirements, giving you every competitive advantage. Periodically we release new versions of the system that will improve the product without requiring any conversion hiatus in your business. New releases do not require special purchasing and are covered for the term of the contract at the original contract price.

The up-front costs for WOLFWARE are amazingly low. You do not pay for each module or piece of programming available. We offer the full complement of WOLFWARE features for one low price. After the initial installation charge, a monthly license fee is paid over the committed contract period, based upon the number of users and volume of business. (A three-year commitment is required.) Additional costs are limited to new custom features requested by you.

The system is offered with the full range of data fields and a customized list of reporting. The cost of the system is based on the number of users and the data retention requirements. For the smaller investor, the licensing cost for two users would come in at less than $1,500 per month! This makes the system the most affordable and best in its league. It is fully expandable to hundreds of users, all enjoying simultaneous access to the system. If you all ready have a portfolio management system but are interesting in some of our features, modules can be purchased to integrate with a third party portfolio management system. Costs are based on the customization required to fit the report to your need and the specific report module chosen.
